About the Vermont Primary:

2008 Winner: Mitt Romney

Vermont delegate allocation:
There are 17 delegates at stake in the primary on Super Tuesday. The 3 delegates awarded by congressional district are allocated on a winner-take-all basis per the statewide vote. The 11 at-large delegates are allocated proportionally to candidates that meet a 20% threshold of the statewide vote. However, if a candidate receives over 50% of the vote, they will receive all the delegates. All 17 delegates are bound to the primary results.
